A sequence of volumes and thresholds choreographs movement through the plan, while a suite of ancillary spaces including a bespoke bar and a dedicated wellness retreat introduce varied modes of inhabitation, reminiscent of resort inspired ease. Generous glazing and carefully oriented sightlines draw the garden inwards and dissolve the boundary between interior and landscape, reinforcing an effortless indoor outdoor dialogue. At the heart of the architecture is a spanning four metre cantilevered roof that hovers over the rear entertaining zone, it's timber lined soffit adding warmth and tactility to the contemporary form. From the entry of the home, natural herringbone timber flooring transitions seamlessly into Savannah marble, a material move that extends outward to unite internal and external surfaces and subtly reinforces the seamless flow between spaces. The kitchen becomes a focal point of this continuity.
