This new townhouse development introduces a distinctive presence to the streetscape, blending curved brick walls with vertical battens to achieve a soft yet welcoming aesthetic. Entries are centrally positioned with carports set to either side, enhancing the layout’s functional flow. Sculptural forms and dynamic geometry guide visitors toward the entry, where vertical battens add layers of texture while subtly screening doors and windows. The project is currently in town planning stage and we look forward to sharing more with you as it progresses.
